How Mommy Nose Lost 40 pounds!

I went from 140lbs to 190lbs by my ninth month. I looked like a heffer. Here is what I did and it only cost the price of a magic marker!

This may sound crazy to you, but I take a magic marker and every night - right across my belly I write ...

BEAUTIFUL

That's right.  And I leave myself alone and ever since I started doing this the pounds have been dropping like flies!

The Sara videos are helping my skin tighten and they are giving my body tone, but the secret to my weight loss has been telling my body that its beautiful and allowing my body to express its beauty!

If you haven't seen the movie "What The Bleep

Do We Know?"

I highly recommend you rent it or buy it ASAP.  It's instrumental in being a good parent, a good partner, a good person and being good to yourself.  To keep it short and sweet, basically what we tell ourselves about ourselves is what we will be.  so instead of looking in the mirror and loathing myself for holding al the weight after baby nose was born, I started telling my body she was beautiful and to firm up the deal, I even put it in writing on my belly. My belly really appreciated this action and has been losing weight every day since.  And I still eat Hagen Daz's Chocolate Peanut Butter  Ice Cream every day!

The secret to weight lose and feeling good is to be good to yourself!

Peace out,

Mommy Nose

0 to 3

I know you are nauseated, but this is a must!  Of course ask your doctor first, but ... You have to get out and start walking every day!  Walk at least a mile and if you can do 5 miles for as long as you can you will be very grateful if you end up having a vaginal birth. It supposedly helps make the labor cut in half!  Remember, I had a C Section so all bets were off with me. All that walking for nothing?  Not true. Had I now walked at all my C section recovery may have been twice as long AND I probably would have weighed twice what I weighed. For all my pigging out, I was walking 5 miles a day and burning all those organic cakes I was eating wolfing down.

I also joined a PRENATAL MOMMY YOGA CLASS. You can read all about that on the yoga page.  I highly recommend it. Go the yoga page and read why!
